Account Development Manager Position

integrates with all major procurement and single sign-on systems, empowering

the most out of their spend while minimizing risk. cSubs backs this service with a team of
professionals who provide strategic guidance, negotiate contracts, and deliver industry 
leading service and support. The flexible and configurable cSubs service and software is
designed to seamlessly empower stakeholders, managers, and end-users.

Due to continued growth cSubs is currently recruiting to fill an Account Development
Manager Position.

New Accounts – Implementation and Roll Out

Meet with Key Client Managers, Librarians and Departmental Users
Identify client needs; represent those needs to cSubs Managers
Introduce cSubs, explain cSubs program and benefits to client users
Schedule training sessions for client users
Provide ad hoc training demonstrations to client users
Encourage and promote use of cSubs system and services
Engage in promotional activities and client events
Represent cSubs at selected industry and WBENC events
Help to create quarterly cSubs newsletters and periodic announcements

Existing Accounts – Expansion and Upsell

Meet with Key Client Managers, Librarians and Departmental Users
Encourage and promote use of cSubs system and services
Engage in promotional activities and client events
Expand cSubs presence in multiple client divisions and locations
Increase client volume of orders through cSubs
Explore client needs, identify cSubs services that address those needs
Introduce Clarity, Consolidation, and other cSubs services to existing accounts
Help to create quarterly cSubs newsletters and periodic announcements

Reports to
EVP, Sales/Marketing/Client Services

Participate in Weekly Teleconference Meeting
With EVP, Client Support Managers, Director of eContent and Publisher Relations,
others as requested
