Tri-Lift NJ Inc. is a family owned and operated full service forklift dealership that has been rooted in the materials handling industry since 1968. We represent two of the top six global manufacturers of equipment – Caterpillar and Junghienrich. Tri-Lift is seeking a Market Researcher,  a flexible part time position, 20-30 hours per week.A primary function of this job role is to effectively and efficiently research various trade publications and online resources to generate quality information for our Sales team. Also, qualifying prospect information gathered by the Sales team will be a weekly task. Database Management is another responsibility, which includes entering and updating prospect information. Lastly, this job role is responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in assembling direct mailers and other similar marketing tools prior to marketing initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES and EXPECTATIONS include:

• Ability to efficiently conduct research and generate a quota of quality leads consistently.
• Ability to qualify information accurately, attention to detail is a must.
• Efficiently manage company database
• Being a reliable team member.
• Ability to work independently to accomplish tasks.

Job Requirements 

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience working with database software, and data entry.
• Must be able to deal with multiple tasks and be able to effectively prioritize accordingly.
• Ability to communicate clearly and possess proper telephone etiquette.
• Attention to detail and commitment to consistently follow through with customers and Tri-Lift NJ fellow employees.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
