Digital Asset Administrator, Draftfcb – NY




Draftfcb, one of the largest global advertising agency networks, is seeking a Digital Asset Administrator. This position is located in New York, NY.


The Digital Asset Administrator (DAA) is tasked with overseeing all aspects of the global digital asset management system (‘The Vault’); as well as managing content for Strategic Operation’s applications, and, as a result, ensuring high levels of application quality, integrity, availability, and security. This individual is responsible for enforcing application standards, liaising with local offices to update content, ensuring that data definitions are consistent and meet quality standards. The DAA should focus on business benefits, foster the goal of data re-use and articulate the strategic significance of information to the organization.



The primary focus/responsibility will be on The Vault, but in downtime the DAA will support the other Strategic Operations PMs by providing overall project support (testing and QA, documentation, training, etc). On these projects, the DAA will work closely with the Strategic Ops PMO to develop user documentation such as functional requirements documents, process maps, roles assignments, business rules, and administrative/security permissions.



As the DAA will be constantly interacting with various Agency employees across the global network, they must exhibit a positive attitude, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable with remote collaboration.



The DAA will be expected to acquire a working knowledge of the system’s contents for the purposes of assisting with user queries and improving the application user experience.



The DAA must be comfortable working with web-based applications in a fast paced environment, demonstrate a strong aptitude for multitasking and managing to project deadlines.

Previous experience with digital asset management systems or the advertising industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:



◦Upload and tag digital assets in the system

◦Serve as a point-of-contact for the agency’s global digital asset management system

◦Uphold governance policies and procedures to ensure standardized data naming, establish consistent data definitions, and monitor overall quality of content and data integrity

◦Identify and manage the resolution of data quality issues, such as uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness

◦Partner with local offices to ensure compliance of content updates

◦Manage and update client, brand, and product lists, including working with Legal to assign the appropriate client usage rights

◦Manage list of enhancement requests and work with vendor and agency on implementation timeline

◦Support project teams in tasks such as user training/support, testing, documentation, system maintenance, upgrades and content migration projects

◦Document workflow processes and recommend solutions for process improvement
