Client Service Researcher
eMarketer is looking for a Client Service Researcher to run complex searches within eMarketer’s proprietary database and pull data to answer client questions.
Responsibilities:
•        Provide New Business with context around data, research methodologies and eMarketer’s scope
•        Advise New Business on the best search strategies and data to highlight in client demos and pitches
•        Act as a liaison between Content and New Business
•        Work with Product Development and Client Intelligence to share client insights

Our ideal Client Service Researcher will have substantial interest in advertising, digital marketing and commerce trends. Must enjoy data oriented research and be familiar with different kinds of databases. The successful candidate will have 4-6 years of work experience with data analysis, consulting and project management, with some client exposure or presentation experience. Must be a quick learner and team player who is diplomatic, detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines, can work independently and excels at multitasking. A bachelor’s degree is required, MLS preferred. This position is based in New York City.
